Lifetime replacement support, built around dependable protection

Repel Umbrella® products come with a Lifetime Replacement Policy from Upper Echelon Products. For any quality-related issue, we’ll send you a replacement for free.

Important warranty note
This warranty is valid only for items purchased directly from Repel Umbrella® and registered through our warranty process.

Upon receipt of your purchase, please register your product on our website. To register your product, fill out the form below.

How to redeem a warranty replacement

Warranty disclaimer

This guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship. If something goes wrong with your product because of a covered quality-related issue, we’ll send you a replacement for free.

Return policy

We offer a free 30-day return policy for undamaged items. You may return your product for Repel store credit, an exchange, or a refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds or store credit are processed after the returned item is delivered and reviewed.
  • For exchanges, the new item ships once the original item is received.
  • Exchanges are eligible for products of equal or lesser value.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

Return and exchange requirements

  • Returned items must be in the original packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Exchanges are limited to one item per order for a product of equal or lesser value.
  • Gift exchanges require an order number and are eligible for equal or lesser value or store credit.

To start a return or exchange, complete the following steps:

  1. Email support@upperechelonproducts.com with your order number.
  2. Print the prepaid USPS return label provided by support.
  3. Refunds or exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the returned item.

Additional disclaimer

If exchanging for a higher value item, we will issue store credit for the difference.
